We have been staying at this wonderful hotel for the past 5 years for business and pleasure. It is so homely that you do not want to leave. The service is excellent, the staff are great and the food is absolutely fantastic. Not only do you have ski in and ski out, but lots of activities and entertainment for adults, like the Sky Pool and bar which amazes me every time. There's loads for the kids to do as well, so adults can have a some down time. The spaciousness means that it doesn't seem like a full hotel even though it regularly is. You can tell that the Gerber family and their team put a lot of effort into the details, to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We are looking forward to returning next season.

Few points to make it perfect. Heating of ski boots was not sufficient. Children, despite age limit, could freely enter adult sauna area

A beautifully designed hotel with a stunning sky pool and phenomenal views. The location is great for skiing, with ski-in/ski-out access, and the decor is elegant. However, the sky pool area is uncomfortably cold as soon as you step out of the water, which takes away from the experience. Unfortunately, our stay was far from enjoyable. Our room had a very strong cigarette smell, and despite complaining, nothing was done. Additionally, some elements in the room were broken or not in perfect condition, which didn’t align with the level of quality expected. While the views were nice, the room lacked basic amenities—no fridge, mini-bar, or even a tea/coffee station, which was really disappointing. Some staff members were kind, but overall, the service was shockingly rude, both in the hotel and its shop. Interestingly, the few polite staff members we encountered mentioned they were leaving, hinting at an unpleasant atmosphere behind the scenes. The spa area was particularly disappointing. It looked terribly outdated, with an unappealing design that was such a stark contrast to the modern elegance of the rest of the hotel. I actually preferred not to go there because of how off-putting it was. I've also heard from other guests who refrained from using it for the same reason—it really needs an update. Given the poor service, lack of attention to detail, and overall misalignment in quality, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
