Mora Hotel

This was my first time in Jeddah. Loved the city. Mora hotel was the ideal location. Room was great. Front desk personnel were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much I look forward to coming back.

Absolutely discusting hotel, asked numerous times for towels to be told we have none avaliable, when I did get a towel it had brown stains on, asked for toilet paper also no toilet paper, one day I asked for towels 5 times and told they would deliver to my room... never did. Asked again, we have none. This place is discusting and staff walk around looking angry all the time but still I get told no problem no problem, breakfast has flys landing all over the food 9 days skipping breakfast and struggling to get towels. Also have to re set the room key at reception everyday as there key card locking system fails everyday. A joke of a hotel.

I travel often and have experienced many hotels, but this one is by far the worst. It’s overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. The entire place smells terrible, and the hallways are filthy, with spoiled water on the floor. What shocked me the most is that they don’t even provide basic essentials—not even a single towel to dry your hands. Staying here was a big mistake. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. It’s dirty, poorly maintained, and completely disappointing. It was bad. The room serves was too bad. I don’t advise any one to book in this hotel. Also, smoking is around you everywhere!! In addition, they didn’t book their offer price for us! We paid the whole price while they had offers! It was a terrible experience.The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
