This was one of the nicest hotel stays I’ve ever had, (and I’ve had many!). The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating. They greeted me by name, remembered my breakfast order, and gave great neighborhood tips and recommendations. My room was meticulously taken care of, with house keeping daily and a turndown service nightly. They treated me like family and I was truly sad to leave. They even left cupcakes in my room when learning it was my birthday. I hope to be back!
Tyler and the team showed us exceptional hospitality. We were treated repeatedly with warmth and genuine kindness. I appreciated their succinct and knowledgeable chats about the best Cape Town has to offer. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend it to other looking to stay in a lively corner of the city.
