MOREA Family Resort&Spa All inclusive

Hello! Today we checked into this hotel in the More A building. Naturally, I saw negative reviews before check-in, but to be honest, we haven't regretted coming here yet. For the entire past day, there was not a single complaint about the room or the food, because it is impossible to stay hungry here. We personally didn't have time for lunch, but the grill bar was constantly replenished with dishes, and the food in the cafe in the building where the common dining room is was also constantly replenished. The water in the pool is clean and at an acceptable temperature. All the staff is friendly, upon check-in, the paperwork took no more than 10 minutes. If something changes during our stay, I will definitely write.

The hotel is on the second line from the sea, a 10-minute walk away, but due to the circumstances, there is a sign on the beach prohibiting swimming, but knowing the situation at sea, we did not count on it, we just went for a walk, the hotel has 4 swimming pools, two heated (very good) adult and children's with a slide, the pool in the water park and nearby are on the sunny side and are not heated, very warm in season, they checked us in immediately, since we arrived on time, the girl explained everything in detail, water and toiletries were replenished in the room every day, the dining room pleased with a variety of dishes, everything in a home style, tasty and dietary, not greasy, but satisfying, we were not deprived. In the room there is a kettle, tea, sugar mugs and a welcome bottle of champagne! Also a very nice moment, on my husband's birthday they brought a cake as a gift !!! Of course there are some shortcomings in the bar, but they are related to the high traffic, especially on weekends, personally we have never encountered any rudeness from the staff, everyone is polite and friendly! Every day there is an entertaining and exciting program, at the pool and on the stage! For people with moderate demands I recommend! Also special thanks to all the staff and lifeguards at the pools, great guys!

In January, I booked a room at this hotel in advance for my summer vacation. But due to family circumstances, I had to cancel my vacation, which I notified the hotel about in advance. On June 16, 2025, I sent a statement to cancel the reservation, but the hotel never returned the money to me, although the contract clearly states the refund period. The hotel staff also do not give any clear refund periods. A month has already passed since the application was submitted.
