Adored this hotel. The rooms are small but nice. The woman at the front desk most days was working so hard and was so lovely. The location is convenient and the A/C worked well.

I stayed at Mornington Hotel London Victoria and was extremely disappointed. This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but our experience was far from it. • The room was ridiculously small – barely enough space to move around. • There was a leak on the carpeted floor, and although we reported it, no one ever came to check or followed up. • The bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. • We were given a room on the basement level, which had no ventilation at all, only tje A/C. • The toilet seat was broken and completely missing. • The shower didn’t drain properly, making it unpleasant to use. • The Wi-Fi was a public network, not secure, and barely reached our room. • There were unpleasant odors in the room, including cigarette smoke. • Housekeeping was nonexistent – the room was never properly cleaned during our stay. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as 4 stars. I would not recommend staying here.

Avoid – Misleading advertising, zero comfort, and serious privacy concerns We booked a “family suite” for 5 people (over 2000 CHF for 3 nights), advertised with three double beds. In reality, we were given three tiny, separate rooms located on the same floor – with a regular hotel hallway falsely presented as a “private space.” The rooms were about 2m by 2.5m, with no wardrobe, and barely enough space to open a suitcase. The “double beds” were only 140 cm wide, far too small for two people. To move between the rooms, we had to walk through the shared hallway, which was permanently lit, had glass doors, and – shockingly – was under video surveillance. We only realized this after walking through in our underwear, thinking the area was private. This is deeply inappropriate and possibly illegal. The receptionist, although kind, was overwhelmed (it was her first day) and could only confirm, after an hour of calls, that the hallway was indeed part of the “suite.” No compensation, no alternatives offered. We had to use spoons to keep doors from locking automatically. How this hotel can claim to be 4 stars is beyond comprehension. Awful experience, misleading marketing, total lack of comfort. Avoid at all costs.
