It is a great hotel. However, due to being in a location that only attracts people that need furniture, it does not get too busy. I am sure they are at a loss for operating such big hotel. Since it has probably become unprofitable, it is not well maintained. An OK breakfast, and fine views at the top. But you should not expect something extraordinary at this location, because it was meant for furniture customers that intend on staying there for a couple of days. Or at least that is what I think it was meant for.
Hotel seemed in a "sleeping mode", receptionists are eating on working place, barely speak English, not very polite and generally don't how to meet a new guest and give even a short introduction of the hotel. SPA was all dark during working hours, cold, no light, nobody on reception desk, no life at all. The room was fine, but no ropes, not full set of towels, no shower gels... So hotel is not really ready for hosting guests (((
If I could give a 0 star I would. I have stayed in this hotel and experienced the worst you can in a hotel. It is not a cheap hotel and it’s not worth the money at all. We had a big family event and booked more than 10 rooms. The rooms do not get cleaned everyday and when they do it’s only to check if you leave money for them if you dont they just leave. I went down and asked them to mop the floors because there was hair and dust everywhere, when the housekeeper arrived she asked if I complained about them and why. They stole my diamond ring and did not even apologize for what happened. The staff, very disrespectful and unprofessional. The impudent attitude these people have made it even worse. The check out time is 12 o’clock and we were all ready in the lobby waiting for our luggage it took them more than an hour to get our stuff down to the lobby. They turn the lights, the air conditioners off in the hallways. Every time I had to get into the room I had to come back to get a new card, apparently they have issues with their doors. Sezar is one of the rudest of them all. Turgut was the only one who helped if he was around. When you call to ask them for anything they will ignore everything but to fill the minibar they are there everyday even if you ask them not to. The only positive thing is the irons they provide. This hotel is the worst I have stayed in.
