Morrissey Hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in May with my friends! We booked the Deluxe room type with two bedrooms, and it was the perfect choice for us. The master bedroom with its own bathroom was spacious and comfortable, while the room with twin beds and an additional bathroom was a great option. So, this room type is perfect for groups or families. As soon as we opened the unit room door, we were greeted by a convenient kitchen/pantry area near the entrance, which was perfect for preparing snacks and drinks. Then the cozy living room was the perfect spot to relax and catch up with each other. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure our dining experience was top-notch. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop swimming pool, which offered views of the city.

I had a good stay at this place. The room is rather old but well-maintained, quite spacious for my toddler to play. The food is great, the service is good. They provide electric stove and cooking equipments which were nice too. I like that they provide iron + ironing board for the room. The location is perfect.

Very disappointed with our stay so far. Their cancellation policy says one thing but is another. Would not grant flexibility on it even though we had a very good family reason. They didnt even respond to our online request and we had to call and speak with someone who barely spoke english. We stayed here anyways given what we paid. The rooms are small, old, and not well equipped. The same is true for the fitness center - it is extremely small and poorly equipped. The bar had only 5 cocktails actually available from their whole menu and it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. The breakfast and location are the only highlights and the front end service workers are nice but it definitely does not feel like a 5 star hotel. Better choices nearby.
