5 Stars – Exceptional Hospitality and Heartfelt Service Although I wasn’t able to join my parents on their holiday in Turkey, I had the pleasure of experiencing the warmth and hospitality of Hotel Mosaic from afar. My parents are currently staying there to celebrate a very special occasion — my mother’s 60th birthday — and I reached out to the hotel reception to arrange a surprise for her. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly kind and responsive. In particular, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Umut at the reception. His support, professionalism, and genuine care truly touched me and my family. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — making my mother feel truly celebrated even though I couldn’t be there in person. In a world where hospitality can sometimes feel transactional, Umut reminded us what true service and kindness look like. My parents have spoken so highly of their stay — the atmosphere, the comfort, and especially the people who made it feel like more than just a hotel. Thank you, Umut, and thank you to the team at Hotel Mosaic, for making this important celebration so memorable. You’ve not only given my parents a wonderful experience, but you’ve also given me peace of mind and joy, knowing they are in such good hands. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast and coffee are good (we got warm eggs and good filtered coffee). The hotel is centrally located to major attractions and is within walking distance. There is no need to go around by taxi. The train is also located across the hotel and is easy to use. It has some modern features like the tv, locks, etc., but I chose this hotel for the old town decor vibe and location. Our room was massive. We got the corner suite, free upgrade. The view from the rooftop is great. They offer free tea for guests at the lobby. They also allowed a later check out, an additional 2 hours at no extra cost. We stayed here for 5 nights and I would recommend staying here.

As an American, I found it extremely offensive and disappointing to see the U.S. flag displayed upside down at this hotel. Regardless of intent, hanging a national flag in distress is a serious sign of disrespect, and it felt like a clear disregard for American guests. I’ve traveled extensively and have never encountered something so blatantly inappropriate. I would never spend another dollar at this establishment, and I encourage other travelers to think twice before supporting a place that shows such disregard for international respect and hospitality.
