Mosaique Hotel El Gouna

Although it’s smaller than the places I usually stay, it was exactly what I needed — peaceful, quiet, and surprisingly private. The pool was never crowded, even with a good number of guests around, which made it feel like a hidden gem. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, from the front desk to the buffet and housekeeping — everyone made the stay extra comfortable. For the price, the experience and quality were absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Mosaique if you’re looking for a calm, cozy getaway with great service.

We had a wonderful stay at Mosaique Hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet part of El Gouna, making it perfect for relaxation, yet it's conveniently close to the marina and city center. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and the entire property felt tidy and welcoming. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff - everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful place with great service and a warm atmosphere. We would definitely love to return in the future.

The staff is so polite and friendly and handle any requests promptly. The rooms are very bright and clean, my amazing value for money. I was really comfortable and enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion would be to make better use of the outdoor area/pool bc it is an underutilized beautiful space. It’d also be nice to have the bathroom in the room a bit more renovated but they are are spacious and clean. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you to the amazing team.
