One of Moscow’s best value luxury hotels, IMHO – serious bang for your buck. Superb location, tasty breakfast, stunning views, and rooms that fully meet the standard. Service can be hit-or-miss but is decent overall.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions. The atmosphere in the hotel is very welcoming. The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. I also liked the hotel's convenient location, with everything nearby and easily accessible.
I stayed in this wonderful hotel for 6 days. Starting from its location, rooms, breakfast menu, and all related services; everything was excellent. Above all, the hotel management remained very helpful in booking and purchasing our train tickets and hotel bookings at St. Petersburg. Hotel staff is polite, responsive, and indeed very helpful. They even accommodated us for storing our luggage for 5 days at no extra cost. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, for which I am grateful to hotel management. A wonderful experience indeed. Keep up the great work.
