I had a wonderful visit to the hotel, and the staff were truly the highlight of the experience. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and eager to help. Especially bella, thank you for making my visit so pleasant. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!
An excellent hotel specially the Tolstoy lounge bar it’s amazing. The waitress there so jolly, active to served the drinks they serve me good cocktails and they gave me complimentary fruits as well. Thanks to Bella the most kind and good waitress in the Tolstoy. To those who drink out there best recommended this hotel Moscow
I got one of the best rooms in the best floor in this hotel. I am a regular guest in the hotel and very comfortable with my stay this time, I can say excellent service from the staff Shehara from housekeeping department. Very friendly and make my room very clean, super fresh atmosphere . She makes everything perfect. Every single time she greets with smile. ❤️ Also in this hotel you can get rooms and food for a reasonable price. I can recommend this hotel to everyone!
