Motel 6 Commerce Ga

Overall it was a good stay for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly, but the bath tub drained very slowly. The tub filled up quickly when we showered. Everything was good besides the plumbing.

This motel is recently renovated and is clean. Its in a safe area. There is tons of grass to walk your dogs on. Its also right next door to an IHOP & a convenience store with gas station. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. It was rather hard. I would recommend staying here though especially if you don’t mind a hard bed.

We stayed here for about a week, bottom floor (3adults/1 service dog) and was told by the owner that we weren’t allowed to pay for another night because we refused room Service (never heard that before) 1. I work overnight 12hr shifts, so I rather clean my own room so I can sleep during the day. 2. When we first got there nobody ever said anything about the dog that we have to have room service. We had no issues with anyone beside us we actually spoke to the people who were also renting a room and they said they don’t let anyone in their rooms so I honestly don’t understand the issue, it might’ve been my dog but there was a girl on the other side with a German shepherd bigger then mine so who knows honestly. We left the room clean and how it was (pics below) if you wanted to make sure the room was fine you could’ve simply asked its simple communication. I just will never recommend this hotel to anyone there’s better places to stay in commerce for a place that was remodeled not to long ago it definitely had some safety concerns in the bathroom there was water damage in the ceiling and sometimes it would leak I’m assuming when the person above was taking a shower. Besides that we always asked for new towels and received them every time I never had a problem with the staff just the one man who owns this place I’m assuming. I hope nobody else is treated unfairly but some people are just unkind.
