Clean and secure rooms, friendly staff. Might not be a dream holiday hotel but they don't jack up the price just to rip people off. Basic amenities only in the room, coffee service at front desk only. Spacious rooms, good showers. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Dogs allowed-yay! Great location for being close to hwy 401, shopping and food.

My daughter and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks with our dog. Staff was friendly enough. Had no problems with them. My issue was with other guests that had their dogs with them also, did not pick up after their animals outside. Rooms were tidy enough, but not 100% clean. Instead of complaining, I just brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. The location is around stores, gas stations, restaurants, and White Oaks Mall. I would give this hotel a 7 1/2 out of 10.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the experience was okay overall, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The room itself was decent and fairly clean, but there were two doors in the room, and the locking system was quite confusing. It made me feel a bit uneasy, as it seemed like someone could enter the room at any time. Another small issue was the fridge – it was empty, not even a complimentary bottle of water inside. While that’s not a deal-breaker, it’s a basic amenity that most guests would expect, especially after a long journey. Overall, the stay was manageable, but I would recommend the hotel take a closer look at room security and basic guest conveniences.
