This is a budget hotel, and your expectations should be governed by that. The building and grounds are well maintained, and the check-in was fast and efficient. The staff is friendly, and they accommodate your requests, if available. Large vehicle parking is available. Overall, a great place to stay
There was work being done on the building so it looked a little rough. The service wasn't great and it wasn't the cleanest place in the world. But the surprise for me was that the bed was great! I slept great because the bed was so comfortable! It was over priced for what you get. If it wasn't for the College World Series going on I would have stayed some place else. For paying over $100 a night, could you please bring back the complimentary shampoo?!
Roaches galore, there was shit splattered on the underside of the toilet seat, mold on the walls in the bathroom, peeling paint, places where the carpet is missing, doors either don't close or are stuck shut, entire place smells of cat pee. A park bench would have been better. Only suprise was there were no bedbugs.
