Motel 6 Rochester NY Airport

First of all the front desk person Asa, is a rude woman who should learn customer service. When asking her questions she was rude, condescending and had no manners at all. She should not be placed in that position if she doesn’t know how to treat people. Then when I came back to check in the room was filthy after I was told it was cleaned. And paid extra to have it 1 hr earlier when I spoke to corporate and they told me that they would accommodate me without extra charge. We stood there a total of 3 1/2 hrs and checked out. The sheet smelled and the room was not cleaned. I will never recommend such a dirty place ever! When checking out they wouldn’t even give me management number. Horrible! I deserve a refund!

I have been staying here for work, I called in to rebook my room to keep it for the next week as iam working on the road, they said I couldn't book over the phone but we came to an agreement on the room and my stay, and that my room would be lockee and all my belongings would be secure. I was gone for 2 days, my things as well as my coworkers things were stolen.. who exactly has access to get into a room with keycards? When the manager knew we would be gone. When I asked for the camera footage low and behold the cameras dont work there. All I was met with was absolute rudeness. We had 2 game consoles stolen, clothes right down to the underwear and socks. And other belongings. Nothing is being done. Do not stay here. I will be contacting law enforcement and corporate about all this as it has become a fraud case because things are being bought by my credit card on the consoles. I would also like to add I have been working on the road for years and have never had this happen, you obviously have a problem here. And if you want to help maybe you should have working cameras in your hallways for security

I didn’t do my due diligence and check google reviews….this was not good. The staff were lovely but the room was not clean and the locks on the doors were broken. The floors and other things were dirty. There was a woman screaming and crying on her phone about someone not hitting her again and people slamming doors and yelling. There was suspicious activity going on in the room across from ours and it reeked of weed in the hallway….the exterior door near our room was not secure so anyone could walk in or out. To top it off another guest’s dog bit our dog in the face…luckily it doesn’t look too bad. We didn’t sleep well due to some level of door slamming and commotion going on all night and general unease…building is not soundproof at all.
