Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is also convenient—just a short walk from the train station. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The staff were amazing. The drinks were great and both the outdoor and indoor bar area were lovely. We gave the room 4 stars as there wasn’t a safe so it felt a little less secure than we’re used to. The location is perfect and it’s very central.

Not the same level as any other motel one I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve stayed at many). I’m giving it 4 stars only bc of the location and it is still a decent value for the money for Copenhagen, a very expensive city, but there are better values. There is no ac, to start, the room was hot and muggy. It only has a fan. The mattress on the bed was horrible with 0 support, not a standard motel one mattress in the least. I do not think this was a new build like most motel ones are (or it was very poorly built) the floors are very uneven and creaked with every step. Despite purchasing a larger room, it was still much smaller than the usual smallest rooms in other standard motel ones. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They really are the great thing about the hotel, otherwise I would be eating this motel one even lower. I certainly hope this is not the direction motel one is headed, as I like the usual standards I have come to expect with motel ones that were not present in the actual building/amenities. It makes me hesitate to book other newer motel one properties that I have not yet experienced. I appreciate the staff, they are great, but please, keep the standard quality the standard when creating properties and not lower the standards. It will turn others away from the brand too.
