Stayed 2 nights the first week of April 2025. The service was excellent. The bar staff was always there to get us coffee/tea in the mornings and beer/cocktails at night. The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable but not being able to control the room temperature was a problem (March/April in Spain can still be warm). Honstley its the only negative I have of the whole place. The bathroom was very nice. We did not partake of the breakfast so can not comment on that. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to most sights, great restaurants steps away from the hotel and plenty of food around. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.
Everything was as I expected! The rooms, the reception, toilets, service, the cleanliness was at a very high level. The location was perfect you could walk to Madrid Center or Gran Via. About Santiago Bernabeu the Metro Station was exceptionally close not one but two. Simple but at the same time perfect motel/hotel . The staff was very friendly! We payed cash at the hotel and the receptionist was very fast to give us the room. Most important the blue candies at the reception were the best thing I tried haha! I will definitely go here again. Worth every penny!!
Motel One is now my go-to brand. Trusted, reliable, clean, quiet, good location, excellent buffet, obliging staff. Same thing in whichever of their hotels you use. What more would you require?
