Booked this motel for 2 days. However got sick on the day of arrival and had to cancel. Had to pay a 1-day penalty for no show, which is ok based on agreements. However they promised to refund the 2nd day. I still didn't receive any money back after 3 months and hotel is hiding behind their payment service Nexi.
