A truly beautiful stay. The architecture blends old and new seamlessly, with thoughtful nods to Provence-style landscaping. Our room was spacious, the pool was refreshing, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. What stood out most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Traveling with a 1-year-old, we expected some challenges—but from the front desk to the pool bar attendant, every team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. We felt genuinely special throughout our stay. The location was also ideal—just a 20-minute drive to Aix-en-Provence, with Château Bas nearby and a beautiful golf course for those interested. We’ll absolutely consider returning next summer. Thank you for a truly memorable visit. ✨
We stayed in the new building the rooms were of a good size but the layout was anything but useful. One big problem was no washbasin in the toilet, the quality of the toilet paper was the cheapest they could find. The menu for the evening was very restricted, the food was not up to expectations for a hotel of this price and the service was appalling not the staff's fault but the lack there of. Would I stay there again no way
First the positives, staff on arrival and departure (check out) were good and helpful. The location is beautiful with great views. The WiFi is reasonable and functional. Breakfast is good quality and an excellent selection. Now the negatives, some staff are quite blunt/rude especially when guests are struggling with issues. The room I was in (31) the staff call the hobbit hole. I’m about 2m tall, the door was about 1.6m high. I banged my head numerous times because there is no warning of the danger from the low door. To put it plainly it is dangerous. The room was tired, with an air conditioning heater that was either very hot or not working. Insufficient blankets were provided so the air conditioning was the only option. There is no decaffeinated coffee anywhere in the hotel. If you stay I recommend that unless you are less than 1.6m you refuse room 31. Also be aware that outside some guests don’t care about other guests make noise quite late in the evening
