We absolutely loved it here. It was our favorite stay during our 2+ weeks in France. Amazing hotel with a wonderful staff who made us feel welcomed. We loved the service, room and food. The surroundings of the hotel were picturesque. We highly recommend everyone to stay here, you will love it as much as we did.
My wife and I spent one night at the beautiful Moulin de Vigonac, a short walk from Brantôme. We stayed in the smallest room, Noémie. It was big enough for us, tastefully decorated, with an ample bathroom. The buildings and gardens, centered on the old mill, are lovely, and my wife dipped into the large pool. The owning family are wonderful. Olivier, the manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even driving us to and from a restaurant in Brantôme, His parents run the restaurant and prepared a superb breakfast. His mother gave my wife a gift when we left. We wish we had been able to stay longer and especially to enjoy dinner at the restaurant.
The perfect place to visit for a tranquil break. Superb accommodation and service with a restaurant that outperforms some I have visited with Michelin stars. Not a cheap break but a real treat for a few days. Cannot recommend highly enough. Back once more after the dreadful pandemic. We really love this hotel and the family who run it. A little piece of heaven on earth.
