The best experience I have ever had was at that hotel, the rooms and interior design was very luxurious it was very clean, nice pool with nicest view, the staffs are very friendly especially the manager mr. Suranga very cooperative and friendy he showed us the whole garden behind the hotel, the food also was very good and clean. recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻
After crazy Kandy, this was the perfect place to rest and gain some silence and quality time. The staff (basically it's only the manager who you deal with) is a nice person, and one of the very few professional people who we met in Sri Lanka, trying to accommodate your requests. He also offered us a nice tour in the plantation to explain about what they do. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. The downside was the entrance which was one big black gate with almost no sign. However, after you enter, it's a great place to stay if you want to relax, swim, read and have good food.
Mount Havana is the perfect place if you want to relax, chill and enjoy. Very calm place with nice ambience. Staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. Food is beyond delicious. They have set menus with less variety but you’ll not regret! The only issue is the pool. There are some tile alignment issues. Due to that there’s a possibility of getting wounded. But still I give 5 starts cos it’s worth it!
