We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mount Kailash Resort. The room was very modern, well-furnished, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly stood out was the bathroom – one of the best we’ve experienced among hotels in Pokhara, featuring a spacious layout and a luxurious large shower head. Room service was excellent and timely, ensuring our needs were met throughout the stay. Our dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well-varied. A special thanks to Mr. Kamal Khadka, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made our mornings truly enjoyable. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, frequently checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. Their genuine care and service made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, modern amenities, and top-notch service in Pokhara.
I stayed with my family at Mt. Kailash. It was a lovely experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the property location was near the Phewa lake.
I'd have given it 5 stars but because of 2 situations, I left this hotel with a very bad experience: 1. Me and my family don't consume egg, the staff informed us that "naan" contains egg and later on when I asked the same question to another staff member, she informed that the naan they served didn't contain egg. I expect some transparency between staff members especially for a sensitive topic like this. 2. On the evening before checkout, I had paid for poolside snacks and this was not conveyed to the reception desk till I checked out and reached a few kms away from the hotel. I received a call from the hotel that my bill is pending, I had to come back all the way, show the screenshot from Gpay which was extremely frustrating and disgusting.
