Mountain Exposure Zermatt

My family and I just returned from a week in this beautiful town. We stayed in Chalet Pollux provided by Mountain Exposure (just in the shadow of the Matterhorn!) The preparation prior to travel with Jacob was timely, consistent, With all questions asked and answered prior to arrival. Once we arrived, the service and amenities could not have been more perfect. Jacob was our coordinator and he and Korina met us at the train to assist us with luggage and transportation to the chalet. Korina and Panos were our chefs and concierge. Jacob also was the family ski guide. The high quality food and immaculate preparation from Panos and Korina were amazing. I have never eaten so well in my life. They were friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make sure that we had a beautiful experience. We enjoyed the Glacier Express train, the Gornergrat train, the incredible skiing, the beautiful views and all the interesting shops that Zermatt had to offer. It was a once in a lifetime trip and we enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommend Mountain Exposure! You will not be disappointed!

We were in Zermatt for a week or so and had a wonderful time. Simon and Maria were awesome and took great care of us.

Excellent experience! I was a little nervous when booking Studio Venus because there were not many recent reviews for Mountain Exposure, so I’m very happy to leave one. Communication was great, we asked via email to add on an an extra day as it wasn’t possible on the website and got a very swift (positive) response. Check in was easy and everything was just as pictured. The bed and bedding were SO comfortable! I loved everything about this experience for my first trip to Zermatt and would definitely return.
