Outstanding Stay Thanks to Manager Cristian! We had an unforgettable experience at The House in Zell am See, and a huge part of that was thanks to Cristian, the hotel manager. This man is simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and professional attitude made us feel truly welcome. Cristian went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was always available, incredibly kind, and knew exactly how to make our experience even better. Whether it was a small request or a bigger issue, he handled everything with such care and attention. His genuine hospitality, positive energy, and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and passionate about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Cristian—you made our trip truly special. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at The House. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was ideal - just a few minutes walk from the train station and from the ski lift. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at The House in Zell am See and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — close to everything you need, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the surrounding nature. The staff, especially at the reception and in the kitchen, were fantastic. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The only downside was the cleanliness throughout the hotel. From the elevator to the apartment, it could definitely be improved. This was noticeable and took away a bit from the otherwise great experience. With better cleaning, this place would easily be perfect.
