Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale

We found this incredible resort entirely by accident when our flight to Hawaii was delayed by three days. We needed a place to fit a family of five in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area in a certain price range and this place popped up. We booked it in a blur at 3 AM and showed up to an absolute delight hours later. We didn’t realize we essentially booked an entire condo complete with a full size kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple bedrooms, walkout patio, lovely balcony, two levels, and all in the setting of a gorgeous resort. The property is stunning and incredibly well-kept. We aren’t golfers but the golf course was nice enough to make us consider it! We rented a poolside “cabana” of sorts for a perfect pool day that included phenomenal poolside service. We ordered room service and it was delicious and enjoyable to eat at the giant dining table in our room. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful and we always felt very welcome across the entire property. The complimentary morning coffee was kind of tucked back closer to the golf course but it gave us an opportunity to explore the grounds a bit more. Immaculately clean, chic decor with a mid-century modern vibe done right. The gardens, pool, golf course, and entire property is so meticulously cared for that you can’t help but be in awe. This still ranks as one of our very favorite hotel stays and to think it was entirely by accident! Mountain Shadows turned a vacation-gone-awry into a luxury experience that made our vacation even more memorable than it otherwise would’ve been.

A Perfect Getaway at Mountain Shadows Resort! My recent four-day stay at Mountain Shadows Resort in Arizona was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in until the day I checked out, the customer service was top-tier and incredibly helpful. This resort is in a truly beautiful location, offering the perfect setting for a getaway. The rooms are absolutely stunning, and the beds are super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And let's not forget the amazing pools – they were a definite highlight! Overall, Mountain Shadows Resort provided the perfect escape in a great location. I can't recommend it enough!

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The view was breathtaking, and the rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we felt welcome. The pools were also spotless and perfect for relaxing.
