I just want to respond to the comment on booking made to me by the establishment, because it is appropriate to denounce the bad faith shown by the person who responded to me. I invite you to read the basic commentary. In fact, booking does not let the customer respond and that is a shame, so I am providing my response here. Please note that when I say that the prices in your “palace” are much higher than the market, I am talking about the service in general! From the price to the night. Then, please do not provide false responses to your customers' comments: it was not a "New Year's" meal but a snack taken by the pool on 12/30! The tagine was charged 12 euros and the sandwich 9 euros. It remains expensive for the quality of the dishes offered, and there is no comparison to be made with large brands whose quality of service far exceeds you. Finally, another lie because there is no night team except the night watchman who monitors entrances and exits. It was certainly very nice of him to offer us his bottle of water, but understand that in a "palace" it is quite incongruous for the customer to drink from the watchman's water bottle when he is thirsty. Your responses are in bad faith, and it is a shame not to have simply accepted the criticism, and committed to doing better because as you say, you have only been open for 5 months!
