Just wanted say a big thank you to the housekeeping and reception staff who kindly located my EarPods that I accidentally left behind after a recent stay. They really did go to a lot of trouble to safely package them a return them to me. It great to experience such great customer service and we will definitely be using this hotel again for future sales meetings thanks again JP

Hotel was a random find and we had no knowledge of the area before booking. The hotel itself is great. The room are well appointed and extremely clean, especially the bathroom. High quality towels and the bed was great. The location is away from most places, nowhere to walk to for food. You can rely on takeaway or the hotel restaurant. I only used the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, buffet style. Only thing of note was the sausages. Strange tasting and extremely solid, edible, but not good. Everything else was great, especially the bacon. All in all I will visit again.

Have been on a few occasions since 2019 and feel that although the hotel is decent, the rooms do require some maintenance from worn out carpets to re-grouting the showers. The hotel doesn’t feel as premium as it used to feel with even the Food and Beverage offerings not quite what they used to be. Service overall was decent. From a cost perspective, this can be on par with a busy premier inn, which at this current time, IMHO, I would probably choose over the Mour.
