Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort

The spa was really good. I had a massage with Sophia and it was really good. I didn’t expect a French lady to be so professional. I love the hotel and the kids enjoy tennis and swimming.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with friendly staff, a great on-site restaurant, and a fun swimming pool area. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Parking can be challenging at times, as the spaces are shared with guests from the tennis academy. Also, the bathroom in our room felt a bit outdated. The shower is in the bathtub, and there was no ventilation, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall though, it’s a good hotel with a lot to offer, and we enjoyed our time there!

Arrived late and super excited about the tennis experience to be started the next day to be woken up by construction, hammering and drilling since 9 AM. Multiple requests to the reception and a complaint to the manager were ignored. Nice location and beautiful 4 star setting but with a little bit of attitude of perhaps sitting next to a very nice tennis academy is enough to don't care about providing a nice service to their guests. This last comment is not only related to the noise issue but after our 1st dinner experience at thier L'Embleme restaurant where a server uttered the word "putain" thinking we would not understand as not french speakers when asking for an update on our order which we were waiting for over 1 hour. Unfortunately as the week progresses we have only have the room serviced 1 out of 3 nights, and water has been shut two times precisely when we needed to take a shower, once in the afternoon and another in the morning. I hope the rest of our week stay is uneventful to allow us to enjoy what we came to do here, tennis, relax, good food and the French Riviera.
