Mourya Hotel

A good hotel, though some shortcomings were there in my room. The phone in Room 3316 was not working but the service staff unsuccessfully tried to fix the problem. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery. Now the good things: Rooms are very nice, clean, both the interiors and linens. Basic amenities are there in the room and bathroom. Hot water kettle, tea coffee, dental kit , laundry bag, toiletries all were nice and good Service : excellent both the housekeeping and room service. check in was smooth, Reception staff courteous. Restaurant : Satisfactory breakfast, nice service, nice food nice.should work to improve hygiene a little more Location: very comfortable,easily accessible. Good hotel

The location is perfect — right at Devkota Chowk in Bhairahawa — making it easy to access the city and nearby attractions, including Lumbini. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Check-in was smooth, and I was even welcomed with a refreshing drink — a thoughtful touch that set the tone for my stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet — ideal for rest after a long day. What impressed me most was the hospitality. The team at Mourya Hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued. Whether it was arranging transport, recommending local spots, or just a friendly conversation, their dedication stood out. The in-house dining is also worth mentioning — tasty food served fresh, with plenty of local and international options. Overall, Mourya Hotel is a wonderful choice for both business and leisure travelers. Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent service — I will definitely stay here again.

Good rooms and amenities with toiletries, towels, water and drinks. Quick service if you need something in the room ie tissues. Only rain shower which was not fixed properly as it wonky with low pressure. Some sockets not working. Restaurant service slow, took orders wrongly and took long time to correct it. Need to be explicit when ordering and ensure you repeat your order. Missing items from breakfast so could not have the full breakfast experience. A bit upsetting during meal times as we had an exhausting journey. Overall clean and tidy which is what we were looking for. AC rooms which really helped with the unbearable heat outside and in hallways.
