We stayed here 2 nights as a family vacation last week. We arrived early, as flight was early and they let us in the room straight away and we're greeted by Mr. Thomas directly. What a warmth welcome. The hotel is very well maintained, and the rooms are awesome. The staff here are all absolutely helpful and highest mark for the service. The executive lounge is definitely worth a visit. we enjoyed the chocolate hour each night :) The hotel situated really in city center, just walking distance to find street food, landmark and tourist spots. definitely recommend this hotel.
Conveniently located in Hanoi and near touristy Old Quarters. Old railway station is nearby. Rooms are functional. Staff are polite. If the water pressure from the shower can be strong, it would be perfect. It is value for money so just manage your expectations and you would be fine.
Wonderful hotel. Large rooms, very clean. The pool is nice. Breakfast has a huge variety of foods to choose from. Service and staff are very friendly. Great location, walking distance from every tourist attraction. I definetaly recommend staying here.
