Though our family vacation was short, I can say that it was truly memorable. I was very satisfied with the quality of service your staff provided. Seeing my mother enjoy her birthday celebration made my heart so happy. Thank you for helping me pull off a little birthday surprise for her—I really appreciate it. Aside from the excellent service, I can confidently say your place was well worth what I paid for: good food, a beautiful setting, and most especially, wonderful people.
Exceptional Family Stay at Mövenpick! Our family had a fantastic experience at Mövenpick. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the reception team gave us a lovely room. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Lester and Gio—their service and friendliness were outstanding. When I wasn’t feeling well, they went above and beyond to help, even preparing a special remedy drink. Later, we enjoyed a relaxing massage with Rose and Evelyn, who made us feel completely at ease. The hospitality at Mövenpick is truly top-notch. We felt cared for every step of the way and will definitely return!
Listed as 5 star? Sorry, not really. Nice somewhat dated hotel overrated in most reviews. IMHO just 3-4 star level. Its attractiveness is based exclusively on the foyer, the shared spaces at the lobby level (including the artificially created beach) and great service. Spectacular (!) view from the large and airy foyer with plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy a cocktail with view. Huge/ opulent exercise area located in an adjacent condo building. The food available is excellent, but the choice too limited for a "luxury hotel" and totally overpriced. Hard to understand as there are nice eateries within walking distance. I guess those just don't have the view? To be fair their main restaurant “Ibiza” was being rebuilt after apparently severe storm damage. The Spa is prohibitively expensive and appears empty most of the time. Unlikely economically viable. Great alternatives in walking distance. My (upgraded!) room was functional, but dated and 3 star level at best. While colors are fresh and cool, the furniture is old and has recently been hand painted in white (!) so, surfaces are even still a bit sticky...! Bed was comfy, though. Doors don’t close well. Unable to move into the chair on the crammed tiny balcony with 1 chair and table. Bottom line: overrated, but still great for a short visit or just a cocktail enjoying the view.
