Mövenpick Waterpark Resort & Spa Soma Bay

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the aqua park is great, the beach and the sea are nice, clean and there is a lot of space so it doesn’t feel crowded even if there are a lot of people ideal for kids because it is shallow a long way, and if you what to swim you can go a little bit further, the food is tasty. And last but not least important the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and made my stay perfect. I have to mention one name especially and it is Rawy from room service that made our rooms perfect every day.

The animation team are so welcoming and friendly, genuinely very nice people to befriend and know. The activities they came up with and effort they do is outstanding. The shows at night were really fun to watch as well!! The food is really good at the open buffet but the desserts were very limited and bland, I did not enjoy them The Mongolian and Chinese restaurants tho were really good!! I recommend them!!

The life guards are very helpful, especially in the aqua park. There is a life guard in front of each swimming pool. This is reassuring for all the people here. The employees work with love, as they provide everything for you and work with you every day. There is beautiful attention and there is no discrimination between the residents here.
