Movich Buró 26

Very basic, it's a 1 to 2 star hotel. Rooms are not very clean, walls were stained, no equipped with basic items such as water. The location is convenient for an early flight.

We arrived just after 10pm and were informed that the restaurant closed at 10pm. We ordered room service which arrived at 11 - the food was cold and unappetizing. Being an airport hotel, people are obviously there to sleep and take early flights - so much to our surprise, the kitchen staff came knocking on the door and calling on the room phone at 2 am. Why? Because they wanted to settle the rooms service bill and ask for our credit card. Two o'clock in the morning.... This is unimaginable. Why wasn't the bill associated with the room, and why on earth would any hotel staff knock on the door at 2 am outside of a reason of emergency? Needless to say, we had a poor night's sleep. Genuinely shocked by this treatment.

wow! I do not like this place. I wish I would have stayed elsewhere. In Movich, Pereira I was attended to and treated with respect. Here is a joke. I had to call room service to get a bottle of water? have you tasted the horrible water from the bathroom sink? yuck! I sat in the dining room for 15 minutes, nobody even said hello. I had to go get my own coffee from the front desk while I waited on my meal that finally arrived an hour after I got to the restaurant. What I ordered did not apear, I was given something else. I was so hungry and needed to get to sleep, I ate it anyways. Pereira and Buro 26 should not share the same name. Movich Bogota is a big disappointment. It has been 20 minutes since I ordered a bottle of water from roomservice. I went to the front desk and rather than help me like Pereira would have, they said I had to order from room service or go back to the Bar where I ate dinner. What and wait another hour? well, maybe. Stay somewhere else guys.
