Hotel is decent but only allow guest between 10 am and 6 pm. If your reservation is for two people after you register your first guest no more is allowed for your entire stay unless they visit between 10 am and 6 pm. I’d recommend you stay somewhere else. I will never return.
Everything was going well until housekeeping staff lost some medication and management where indifferent to it. Offered no type of recompense and had ants on my room. 100% the housekeeper lost the item during cleaning of the room for a hotel of this price and look was really disappointing.
Incredible how we try to be honest and still people in this world that keeps following rules without sense Julian orozco make it so bad at the front desk that our experience was horrible . We stayed on this hotel 3 times before and this completely a nightmare I do kit recommend it at all after been extremely rude been unprofessional he repeatedly raise he’s voice trying to prove it that we are wrong about his mistake .
