Mox Hotel

Despite reading the review we decided to give the hotel a try after inspecting the room for amenities and ensuring there’s no moldy musky smell in the room. It was after all a one night stay. While trying to take a shower, the shower head would not dispense water. No choice, have to make do with a kettle to contain the water and washed away. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great either. When we feedback the shower head incident to the staff, they apologize but I suspect not sincere at all. This will be my first and certainly last stay in this hotel

The worst hotel I've been to!!!!!We payed for 3 rooms and all of them were bad! When you enter the hotel, the door doesn't even spin, you open it yourself. The humidity inside the hotel, the smell is terrible, the elevator is too small, it is difficult to breathe. The hotel is not ventilated, the toilets stind. The whole hotel smells damp, no air. The gym is in terrible condition, you can't come in. Don't believe the photos, everything is scary in life. Even the towels in our rooms were dirty and yellow so old, and not clean room. The staff was good until we complained about everything. The manager (woman) was very rude and didn't try to understand. She said that all the hotels in this city are like that. She accused us of wanting to get some kind of money. The hotel needs to be closed!!!! Lutfen oteli kapatin. Çok kötü bir otel 4 yıldızı hak etmiyor!

When my group stayed, the rooms had various problems. Some rooms had no airconditioner, some rooms had no water for a couple of hours, and a room had flooding. Interior-wise, the bathrooms are dark and the shower stalls sometimes had no door, but the bedroom itself looks newly renovated. The food is decent, but breakfast had no fresh coffee (just supermarket powdered ones). Location is central to Sapança. The pool is small but clean and the kids enjoyed it.
