Excellent stay. The location is 4 or 5 kilometers from the city center, but the bus terminal is a short 5m walk from the hotel, and you can have peaceful nights there away from the city center buzz. The staff were amazing, special thanks to Arsi, who was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and just perfect. The view was amazing They have a full sized gym, and the typical one bench and one treadmill Will be back soon!

We stayed at the Moxy Hotel Amsterdam from July 23rd to 30th and overall had a fantastic experience. I'd happily give it 5 stars, but I’ve marked it down slightly due to the lack of a fridge in the room — which is essential for someone like me who needs to keep snacks or certain items cool. We originally booked a standard room, which we’ve done at other hotels without issue even though my partner uses a wheelchair. On arrival, the staff were really accommodating and moved us to an accessible room the next day, which was lovely and much more suitable. The hotel itself is fun and vibrant — there’s a spa, gym, pool table, arcade games in the lobby, and even free popcorn! It has a great vibe and is ideal for both couples and families. Staff were generally brilliant and very helpful throughout our stay. However, on one occasion when our room card stopped working, all of the front desk staff were being told off (quite publicly) by a manager for not engaging with guests — ironic, since the telling-off was causing them to ignore us. Thankfully, one staff member broke away to help us anyway, though it earned her a dirty look from the manager. That was the only disappointing moment in an otherwise excellent stay. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. We’re already planning to return next year and bring more family with us — they’d love it.

In general the experience was really nice. Pool, breakfast and staff were the best. The location might be the worst thing, a bit out of the city center, but there is a bus close that gets you there in 15/20 minutes. Rooms are nice, I got an upgraded room for fidelity program but to be honest not amazing. Also the recepción guys were really helpful and friendly, specially Anna, Julia L and Jenny who helped us in checkout to make good use of all our coins and for taking care of our luggage.
