A special shout-out to Tang, Nat, Eve, and Earn from the concierge — they went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were met, and always with a smile. Note: Check-in takes place at their bar area on Level 9, which is a unique and modern approach that makes the process feel more relaxed. They also offer a welcome drink during check-in, which is a nice touch after a long journey. Hotel Room While the room is slightly smaller than usual and the rates are on the higher side, the location makes up for it. You’re right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to CentralWorld, Big C, Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon, and plenty more shopping and dining spots. Facilities The outdoor areas are perfect for unwinding, especially at night when the city lights make for a beautiful backdrop. There’s also a gym and a library for guests to enjoy. Just a tip — if you need to iron your clothes, head to the ironing room on Level 9. Overall For the price, you get top-notch service, a cozy room, and one of the best locations in Bangkok for shopping and exploring. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here on my next trip!

Staying at the Moxy Hotel by Marriott in Ratchaprasong is like being dropped straight into the heartbeat of Bangkok. Located right next to Central World, the area pulses with energy—it feels like Bangkok’s own version of Times Square. The neon lights, the nonstop motion, the layers of sound and movement—it’s exhilarating, and at times almost overwhelming. Even the traffic seems to charge the air with a kind of chaotic electricity. The hotel itself is a stylish, upbeat retreat that fits right into the neighborhood’s high-energy vibe. The staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, creating a friendly, no-fuss atmosphere that makes checking in feel effortless. It’s modern, playful, and efficient—everything you’d expect from a Moxy property. The rooms are solid for the price—clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with the essentials. That said, I highly recommend upgrading to a deluxe room if you can. The standard rooms can feel a bit tight, especially if you’re staying more than a night or two. But with so much happening just outside the door, you’re really just there to rest your head at the end of the day. If you’re looking for a vibrant, central location with immediate access to some of Bangkok’s best shopping, dining, and nightlife, this is it. The Moxy Ratchaprasong delivers on energy, value, and convenience, and I would absolutely recommend it for travelers who want to be right in the middle of it all.

We chose this hotel primarily for its unbeatable location — right next to Big C and directly opposite Central World! Super convenient for shopping and getting around central Bangkok. The hotel has a trendy, youthful vibe with vibrant colours and a fun, modern concept, clearly catering to younger travellers. We booked a room with a queen bed and city view — loved the large window that lets in plenty of natural light. That said, the bathroom was a bit compact, and I wasn’t a fan of the shower area not being fully enclosed, which made the floor slightly messy after use. Service-wise, staff were polite and efficient, though we were slightly disappointed not to receive a room upgrade despite being Marriott Gold members.
