I stayed at Moxy for almost a month and had a great time! The staff was super friendly, the kitchen team always did their best to handle my requests, and the managers were around and ready to help whenever needed. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the chill area with the foosball and pool tables.

Positives: Place is vibrant with wonderful interior and colors used. Makes it more refreshing and lively. Location is spot on and convenient for flyers. Food was good, however they had kept only sugarcane juice on both the days for breakfast and no other fresh juices were kept available. Negatives: Unfortunately had a bad experience in Moxy bangalore. First of all, rooms are way too small for the price we pay. There was a lose hanging wire below the washbasin area which is hazardous if some kid would've touched or pulled it unknowingly. Towels were a mix of old and new, again not acceptable. Service at front desk, dining area needs improvement. They were too casual with the approach and didn't seem to be formal. Swimming pool placement is not private and I doubt if anyone will be using it as it is so much on the centre of everything. Need some privacy here. I have stayed in various places but Moxy needs serious improvement and definitely this doesn't look like a Marriott!!

It seemed like they hired school kids to interact with guests. They cannot remember or handle anything professionally. During check in, the girl at the desk asked me for a card to cover room cost when I had already paid online. I pointed out that the payment has been made, and it took them 15 mins to check and verify the payment. Again, during check out they asked for room payment. I again had to tell them. They could not figure it out until a senior manager came in. Don’t have concierge service for bags or deliveries. They’re just trying to make poor service and unhelpful nature of staff into a trendy hotel. During breakfast buffet, I never got my masala dosa. I had to remind them twice still nothing.
