Absolutely fantastic Hotel, very nice to see a modern update to what is usually a boring hotel chain! Perfect walking distance to Starlight Express, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is parking can be hard, there was a concert at the same time as our stay and all of the above ground on underground parking was full. Ended up just being a minor in about a half hour for a parking spot. Other than that absolutely amazing.

The location and service were somewhat okay. The big issue was actually due to the smell in the room, there was a strong sewage smell or something which we did not understand. This can be shown often in other reviews, it was truly not a good experience.

Worst Hotel Experience in Germany I’ve stayed in hotels across Germany for over 30 nights this year, and this has been by far the worst experience. During my 4-night stay, I had to change rooms twice. The first room had a strong sewage smell, and the second had leaking bathrooms and malfunctioning doors. It was incredibly frustrating. The only redeeming aspect of this hotel was the front desk staff, especially Maria, who went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant. She truly made a difference in an otherwise disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the room conditions are something I can’t overlook.Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
