Moxy NYC Chelsea

I was very impressed with the overall vibes of the Moxy Chelsea hotel the minute I walked through the front door. The foyer area filled with flowers to represent the Floral District, the connecting bar on the first floor, the moody lighting in the check-in area, and the music in the elevator made this hotel stand out immediately. Loved the efficient use of space in the hotel room and the clean and modern aesthetic. It’s NYC, so square footage is hard to come by for any hotel room but it didn’t seem small. The food was great and the drinks were fantastic as well. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the city and it was a nice place to end the night! I recommend staying here to experience that city feel with a place that has character and will likely be booking again during my next visit to NYC!

The room was great. Although it’s a bit small, it is clean with a gorgeous, clear view of the city. It’s a perfect New York-feel space. I stayed for 8 days and didn’t feel too constrained. The staff was accommodating and quick to respond and deliver anything we needed to the room. They went above and beyond to not only get us the requested high floor rooms, but also were extremely friendly everytime we left and came back through the lobby. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for convenience in the city, friendly staff, a wonderful smelling lobby, and quiet enough space.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Moxy Chelsea NYC, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and above all, accommodating – going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with smart use of space. The bed was super comfortable, and the views were simply breathtaking – we could see the city skyline in all its glory, which made waking up and winding down feel like a dream. One of the highlights of our stay was the top-floor lounge, which offered unparalleled panoramic views of the Empire State Building and the city below. It's the perfect place to unwind with a drink or snap some incredible photos – the ambiance was vibrant yet relaxed, and it truly felt like a hidden gem in the sky. Everything from check-in to checkout was seamless. The location in Chelsea is unbeatable, close to great restaurants, the High Line, and subways, but what really sets Moxy Chelsea apart is the exceptional service and stylish atmosphere. If you're visiting New York and want a place that blends comfort, style, views, and top-notch hospitality, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again – already looking forward to our next visit!
