I had such a great night here! The hotel feels super fresh and stylish — everything is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the modern vibe, and having security at the entrance made me feel extra safe. The staff were lovely and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Location-wise, it’s spot on — just a short stroll to local supermarkets and Leeds’ biggest indoor market. Honestly, it’s a hidden gem.

After an early flight we were able to do an early check in and also the receptionist Patrick even gave us the opportunity to choose the room we liked best. Thanks to him once again! The hotel is very clean, everything is stylish, you can leave your luggage and the reception is always open, which is very handy when you have any questions. We didn't speak French but it was not a problem at all as the staff spoke good English. Overall we liked everything, the neighborhood is not great, but the metro is almost under the door and you can get to the center very easily and quickly by one metro. The only thing we found strange was the choice of breakfast. Everything was very poor, no vegetables and from fruits only some strange mix. I still recommend not to take breakfast and go to the center for a great brunch. All in all, thank you very much for the service, we will recommend you further!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, I can’t say much about the surrounding area since I was out all three days. On arrival, the rooms were not ready, but they did offer luggage storage in lockers. However, these were hard to find, and some were either open or locked with faulty codes. The room itself was tiny—nowhere near as spacious as the pictures made it seem. There was no wardrobe to store clothes, which was inconvenient. The window soundproofing worked well, but keeping it open was not an option due to the constant noise outside. One frustrating part was the unexpected €100 deposit upon check-in, which was not clearly mentioned on Booking.com unless you scrolled all the way down to the fine print. Strangely, after I mistakenly entered the wrong PIN for my card, they suddenly decided the deposit wasn’t necessary anymore—which felt inconsistent. I get that deposits protect against damage, but this policy should be clearer. On the positive side, sleep quality was decent, and the cleaning was fine. However, this is a very basic hotel, definitely not more than 3 stars. I know Paris has a bad reputation for hotel standards, but every time I visit, I keep hoping things will improve. So far, they haven’t.
