The hotel staffs are very good. The room is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable. There is a fitness center and a sky bar. On the day of return, I had an evening flight so I asked for a late check-out. The staffs provided free service. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall, making shopping and finding food very easy. I recommend this hotel.
The staffs were very nice and accomodating. They allowed me to check in earlier since the room was ready. Location wise was excellent. Situated at the new wing of ioi city mall. Easier access to the mall compared to Le Meridien. The price was affordable. The room was very clean, the shower gel smells really nice. Variety of cuisines during breakfast. And most importantly EVERY CORNER OF THE HOTEL SMELLS REALLY NICE ESPECIALLY THE LOBBY!!!! Can someone tell me what kind of diffuser did they use at the lobby because i love it so much!!!
New hotel with a playful vibe located just next to IOI City Mall. Love the convenience of having shopping and dining choices just steps away from the hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Room decor was very nice, and especially the bathroom with its black and white tiles and strong shower pressure. Enjoyed both the saline pool and the well-equipped gym on the 2nd floor. Will come again.
