The hotel is very good! The rooms have all the amenities, there are quite a few people, so the area is quiet. The area is very beautiful, skiing is nearby. The staff is also pretty good. Breakfast is quite varied and tasty: D. Clearly justifies the price

I doubted whether to go to the hotel or not, because the style is interesting - not LOFT, but at the same time very high quality furniture! We came as a family and stayed in a cottage. Overall, I really liked everything, there are of course some nuances (on the first floor in the toilet there are really not enough hooks next to the sink to hang towels). I would also like to mention the breakfast - it is great! Caviar and alcohol (even though we didn’t drink), but it’s really cool. The variety was also nice

We stayed for 5 days in July 2025. When booking, only the presidential suite was left. In our room, the extra beds were disgusting broken folding beds, the mattresses were thin, you could feel the slats, the children did not sleep comfortably. The decor of the rooms and the design are heavy. There are monograms on the wallpaper, huge leather sofas, curtains with lappets, bulky furniture. All this in combination with marble figures on the territory, plastic ceilings and doors - the decor is from the luxury category of the 90s. In 5 days, they came to our room once to change towels and add hygiene products. They did not remove dirty dishes, did not vacuum, did not wash the floor. Usually in hotels there are always hygiene kits in the rooms. Here we are informed with a booklet that if you need it, you can ask the administrator. (It turns out that if I did not ask, the hotel saves money). The room is poorly cleaned. There are cobwebs with insects everywhere in the corners, water was leaking under the air conditioner, the wallpaper was swollen and had to be re-glued, the neck of the toilet was covered in plaque, the refrigerator had not been washed after the previous tenants, the carpet was the color of the carpet so that dirt was not visible, the switches were smeared, the curtains and tulle were stained, not all the sconces worked, the light in the room was very dim. We wanted to check if the sofa could be folded out, we lifted the pillows - there were crumbs, hair, dust. For 5 days I watched the stairs leading to the 1st floor. Dirt from someone's shoes lay there until our departure. The hotel only includes breakfast. For other meals, you can buy food in their restaurant. There is no variety of food. The menu is made for centuries - the same thing. There is a large selection of everything for breakfast, which surprised us. Why, for example, fish soup and pilaf for breakfast? Breakfast until 10 am. The bain-marie dishes in which the food was presented were all stained, dirty, disgusting to take. Children's chairs are not washed at all. There is also a sign that it is prohibited to take food to go. but you can pay for it. During the day, waiters are watching over tea and coffee, you can't even take boiling water. There is a cooler on the floor. I doubt it is cleaned 🤮 In general, there is no professional ethics in the hotel. Waiters and administrators work almost like children, any issue is resolved with great difficulty or is not resolved. I was also surprised that there is no mashed potatoes or potatoes at all on the menu. No rice, no pasta. I always ordered buckwheat for my child. There are also no milk porridges on the menu. I ordered chicken soup and borscht for my child. In the chicken soup we came across two huge black hairs (photo attached), after which the child had diarrhea once; after borscht the next day my child vomited and had a fever of 38 once. Perhaps the borscht was too fatty for him. Or it was an intestinal infection. A couple of times we adults ordered food in this restaurant: the food is so-so, it is obvious that they cheat, replace products, save. If I order room service, the portion is half as small as downstairs in the restaurant. They do not bring soups to the room, other food can be ordered through room service, but they never brought it to me, they asked me to go down for it 😂 The territory of the hotel is very small, but well-kept. The pool is also very small. There is a barbecue area, outdoor board games. We were in the spa. The sets of oils are empty cans. During the day, no one washes or cleans the water near the pool on the tiles, the wet slippery floor in the spa is not washed. Near the pool there is a container with the sign "for used towels", which are waiting for you in the room upon arrival. You take new ones at the reception every morning yourself. We were asked: "Did you hand them in?" Where did you hand them in? We were not warned about anything when checking in, we put them in the bin ))))) The administrator does not know about the bin? ))) The photos for the Internet are made very beautiful, but do not quite correspond to reality and do not contain authentic information. For example, the sun loungers by the pool are not like in the photo. The screens in the hotel lobby show outdated information. Half of the services are missing. The location of the hotel is also chosen strangely, like a roadside motel. There is a road nearby, some industrial building, and an exit to a residential area right away. There is nothing for small children. There is nothing to do here for more than 2 days. I read what people write. More positive reviews, and everyone is surprised by the breakfasts. Obviously, they have not been to better places and have nothing to compare with. The level of vacationers corresponds to the level of the hotel and the staff.
