Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. It's refreshing to see people with a problem solving attitude, and a genuine desire to make you feel welcome. While our original intent was to stay for 3 days only,, we extended our presence by two more days. Almost perfect location of the hotel, hotel's affiliation with "Na Drovakh" restaurant next door, a large and comfortable room, and an exceptionally pleasant demeanor of the staff played no small role in our decision to stay in Krasnodar a little bit longer.
Good point: - Room : a large room with nice view of the river - Bathroom : Free Bath Amenities were very design Improvement Point: - Bathroom : the bath tub was a balnéo but the water was green light very strange for me, but later on people told me it's okay in Krasnodar it's like that... - Restaurant : old style - Food : The food was not crazy but it was cold... - Staff : they were not super fast, this is why my food was cold but they were nice
The room was old and basic. The breakfast must be ordered the day before and you couldn't even order a coffee if you don't pay it before. The staff can't speak English at all.
