MPM Hotel Kalina Garden All Inclusive

Great hotel, Animators was the best (Papi and others) 🩷 room service and the food was excellent. We will be back next year! Love from Serbia ❤️

The only good thing in the hotel were the animators, they took very good care of our kid. The room had absolutely no sound isolation and we could hear almost everything happening in the hotel. The food was really poor for the price paid.

We spent two weeks at MPM Kalina Garden and overall, we are very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard, which really contributed to a positive experience. That said, there were a few things we felt could be improved — mainly regarding organization and the general atmosphere. Dining experience: It was often unclear how the food lines were supposed to work, which led to crowding and occasional frustration among guests. Better signage or a more structured system for collecting food would greatly improve the experience. Noise levels: As a family with a young child, we found it difficult to get our child to sleep before 11 PM due to loud music playing until then every night. In general, the music was too loud and not always suited to the occasion — for example, it would have been more pleasant with softer lounge music (or no music at all) during dinner. Pool area: The sunbeds were unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable. We also noticed that the area around the pool was quite slippery — we saw several children slip and hurt themselves. Another downside was that the pool water was very cold, even on days with temperatures above 30°C, which made it hard to enjoy swimming. Despite these points, we had a nice holiday thanks to the good service and the overall welcoming atmosphere. With some improvements in sound levels, pool safety, and better organization during meals, the experience could be even better.
