Your host Asen is a good hearted human who makes your stay feel welcome and warm. The accommodation is clean, the sauna is brilliant. The meals are tasty, the wine is lovely. The neighbourhood is tranquil and the shops are plentiful. You’ll go for the ski and go back for the welcome.
We loved our stay. Exspesially Marc. He was so nice and and helpfully. Regards the Aalbergs
Rooms are miserable and smell of mould from the bathroom. The mattress had stain of blood( had to ask for this ro be changed) The carpet was dirty very dirty, with chewing gummy on it and not hoovered. The duvets were smelling bad. And the food was awful: bugs in the salad and fruits were rotten. The soup was made from the cooked meat from the previous days Also the cookies , they taste as they were expired, very bad. Not recommended to anyone. Few of my friends suffered of indigestion: vomiting and diaree for more than 3 days. On top of al these the staff is unprofessional, no English speaking, in the restaurant also all unprofessional messy staff wearing slippers and serving the food in wars condition and dirt. You had to buy the drinking water as they didn't had the bottled to offer in each room ( for all inclusiv holiday) Don't recommend to anyone to go there!
