Mpm Sport Hotel

A decent hotel relatively close to the gondolas. Rooms are large. Staff was nice. Spa area is decent, and outdoor jacuzzi is great, but small. Maintenance is lacking - During our stay one if the elevators was broke down most of the time. Hallways are barely lit, with light turning on by motion sensors. The restaurant is great for breakfast, but not so much for dinner.

Avoid this place—it's just not worth the price. Right from the start, the experience felt cold and unwelcoming. Instead of a warm reception, we were given a long list of fines for anything that might get damaged, which made it feel more like a warning than a welcome. The room had several issues: the bathroom door and toilet seat were broken, and the coffee machine and water kettle that were advertised online were missing. I had to ask twice just to get a basic kettle and was given one with a broken lid. On top of that, there's no air conditioning, which made it extremely uncomfortable during the hot summer days. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel, and the service doesn't match the price you're paying. You can find better value and friendlier places elsewhere.

Following the owner feedback: Your statement that you "continuously strive to deliver excellence" does not align with our recent experience. As paying guests at your 5-star hotel on a half-board basis, we were extremely dissatisfied with both the poor quality of the food and the surprisingly stingy provision of only two coffee capsules for our entire stay. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. We expect more from a 5-star establishment Original review: Not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel.
