Mr CAS Hotels Special Class

I’ve have been fortunate to be able to travel to some amazing countries and stay at wonderful places, but this was simply one of the best ever! Room was absolutely beautiful and the pictures did not do it justice. Staff was absolutely amazing and helped us with tickets, transport and everything we needed. It smelled incredible and everything was perfect. You walk right out into the heart of the greatest area of Istanbul with everything at your fingertips. True, clubs across the street were thumping into early morning, but you must embrace the chaos of Istanbul if you want to survive here-😄 Look no further, stay here!

It was a good experience overall during my stay in Istanbul. The hotel had the same charming and antique atmosphere as shown in the photos and videos. One of the receptionists was super friendly and helpful — the other one, not so much :) In terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless, and the few small issues that came up were handled very quickly and efficiently. I had read in some reviews that the noise from Istiklal Street could be disturbing, but luckily my room wasn’t on that side, so I didn’t have any problems with that. At the end, they helped me arrange a taxi and negotiate the price. The delay in the taxi’s arrival was actually due to a mistake at the reception, but one of the hotel staff kindly stayed with me the whole time and went out of his way to help, which really made up for it. Of course, as is often the case with taxis in Istanbul, the driver still changed the price at the last minute :) I actually stayed at this hotel a while ago and just realized I had forgotten to leave a review.

Very nice place and good facilities, the service was top notch. I had a hard time getting over the AI generated pictures and how they matched with the aesthetics. Note that it is right next to a club so the loud music starts at 1 am and goes on all night. the vibrations can be felt in the room which isn’t sound insulated as at all. We could even hear talking from the neighbouring room. It’s places on the main street, so that should of course be expected
