Excellent place, a little pricey but if you've never been to Reñaca before, it is a great option...of course get a room with an ocean view, otherwise, there's no point staying there at that rate. There's no room service, or restaurants onsite, but there are really great ones nearby. The service is great and attention even better.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Let me start by saying the room was disgusting and outdated. To top it all I realized I slept in dirty bloody sheets. The sink would clog up in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi did not work at all in the room. The cable cord was cut, so there was no cable in the room. I complain the next day to the staff and the supervisor and they offered me a different room bigger room for extra $91 in American . I stayed in room 351 in the third building. And I just couldn’t believe that I slept in bloody dirty sheets, and the supervisor just says I’ll look into it. This is insane. This will never slide in an upscale establishment as they carry them self to be. No sympathy or apology just that they will look into it. Definitely don’t recommend staying here. be very aware of this establishment. Also, the rooms are super outdated. Look at the pics I left behind.
