I visited here in January. I had a very difficult period. I chose February by mistake. But the hotel changed it for me and fixed everything. I got a drink and a cake in the room, you cheered me up. The team is great. I love animals very much, your pet also made me very happy. I lived in the upper room, I really liked it, everything was great. Breakfast is very good, everything is fresh. The admin helped me a lot, thank you. I would come back here again.
In general we are satisfied with the experience we had. Even though in the beginning we faced some issues, but the management was very helpful and understanding, they made sure that we are happy with our staying. From our experience we recommend the king suite. (Just note that the terrace is not covered and the rooms above can see you).
Three large dogs sleeping in the reception area made the place smell. The elevator was not working on the day of arrival and the aricon in one of the rooms was broken. Location is great because it is near the beach.
